Left: Horwood Place, which until about the year 2001, ran at 90 degrees from The Cowgate, behind The Whitefoord Arms.
Right: Horwood Place, and the junction with The Cowgate, behind The Whitefoord Arms. The buildings have recently been torn down, and a new estate built in its place. The restaurant of Poosie Nansie's is at the end of the road. The building with the sign at one time belonged to Robison and Davidson.
